In order to become a member of the initiative it is essential that the expert has either used the Quadriceps tenton autograft for Ligament reconstruction in surgical practice or/and has published papers on the subject.

Orthopedic Surgeon, Specialist in Sports Traumatology
Born in Sønderborg (Denmark) where he attended primary school. Early in life moved to the States with his family, attended secondary school. After spending 8 years in the States moved back to Denmark and completed his medical studies at the University of Southern Denmark and received the academic degree of “Doctor of Medicine” in 2002. Showed a great interest in sports medicine early in his training. Finished as a specialist in 2010 and joined Prof. Lind and his group in Århus (Denmark) for 2 years. Marc Strauss did a 2 year Sports Medicine fellowship with Prof Engebretsen in Oslo (2012-2014). After finishing his fellowship he then continued as part of the faculty with Prof. Engebretsen and his group at Oslo University Hospital with a great interest in knee traumatology. Marc Strauss is also part of faculty at the Norwegian Olympic Training Center in Oslo and Team Physician for the Norwegian Alpine Ski Team.
